Alike the classical cheese Havran, is also the smoked „half-oštiepok“ cheese Havran made in the traditional way, using the beech wood. Semi-hard medium-fat unripened steamed smoked cheese. Dry matter minimally 50 % of the weight, fat in dry matter min. 40 % of the weight, edible salt maximally 2 % of the weight.
